The CO15 Israeli delegation offsets flights with us
<p><p>&lt;p&gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;&amp;amp;#160;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt; &amp;lt;div&amp;gt;A delegation of about 25 public representatives will participate in the CO15 Copenhagen Global Climate Conference come December. They have all decided and committed to offset their flights to and from the conference with us.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt; &amp;lt;div&amp;gt;Every member of the delegation will be in charge of 1.39 CDE (&amp;lt;em&amp;gt;Carbon dioxide equivalent&amp;lt;/em&amp;gt;). They will reduce the same amount of greenhouse gases thought the Good Energy Initiative socially responsible projects.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt; &amp;lt;div&amp;gt;Members chose projects like &amp;lt;a href="/LinkClick.aspx?link=1191&amp;amp;amp;tabid=912&amp;amp;amp;language=he-IL"&amp;gt;'Kol Dodi'&amp;lt;/a&amp;gt;, &amp;lt;a href="/LinkClick.aspx?link=1192&amp;amp;amp;tabid=912&amp;amp;amp;language=he-IL"&amp;gt;'Let there be light'&amp;lt;/a&amp;gt;, &amp;lt;a href="/LinkClick.aspx?link=1194&amp;amp;amp;tabid=912&amp;amp;amp;language=he-IL"&amp;gt;The children Power&amp;lt;/a&amp;gt;, &amp;lt;a href="/LinkClick.aspx?link=1195&amp;amp;amp;tabid=912&amp;amp;amp;language=he-IL"&amp;gt;what trash&amp;lt;/a&amp;gt; etc. Each offset costs between 55 and 90 NIS (equals 14-24 $).&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt; &amp;lt;div&amp;gt;We thank Life and Environment, the Israeli Union of Environmental NGOs, for their work and cooperation.
